Ready....set.....GO!

We had a back-to-school conference this morning. sniff sniff.

Summer is over, but it's been a great one staying home with both my kids for the first time. There were so many friends that we planned to play with this summer, and then all of a sudden it's August! Where did the time go??

This girl has the coolest fashion sense. Rain boots make every thing look extra awesome!!

Spur of the moment race car around the house. I love how Edison sits as if he is perched at the helm, steering us onward to great adventure just around the couch.

Over the weekend we attended an open practice at the Baylor football practice facilities. Edison took several steps to me-- on the field of course! He is getting there...but why would you walk when you have convinced your momma to carry you every where you wish to go? I am such a sucker for those sweet cheeks and out-stretched arms. :)

And yes, I did buy matching green and yellow shoes for my kids!
