Adam insisted on a real tree this year. And I must say, there was no better way to spend Black Friday than at the Christmas tree farm, just the four of us, picking out our tree. Adam and I decorated most of it with lights and ornaments up top and then Eleanor got to put her ornaments on at toddler-height.

^^^These santas were crocheted by my great grandmother Gran Gran-- so Eleanor's great great grandmother. We had two of them out to put on the tree and Eleanor insisted that they hang together.^^^
