Baylor football games have been a lot of fun this season. Not only is it great to cheer for a winning team, but sweet Eleanor loves football. She loves watching the games, applauding (she is a social clapper!), and saying things like "go, football, go!" and "sic 'em bears!" and "B-A-Y-L-O-R!". It has been well worth all the missed naps and late bed times just to watch her watching the games and dancing to the music.

Sic 'em!!!

It's hard to believe that my sweet baby Edison is 4 months old already.
The days can be long but the years sure are short.
This picture of Edison sums him up just perfectly...sweet, smiling, drooling...most of the time just as cool as a cucumber. :)

And last month we enjoyed some birthday festivities. Eleanor's favorite part was coconut cake, which the fork did not deliver fast enough so she just picked it up!

And Eleanor is such a sweet big sister. Her newest way to help out is by finding toys for Edison. I looked over at him sitting in his little bumbo chair the other day and he had a pile of toys on the tray higher than his head, which she had very carefully stacked up. So cute.

I think Adam and I are both enjoying our new jobs. My teaching is going well and they have asked me to teach again next semester and add an additional class. Waco may work out after all!
Right now though I am praying for a friend. Someone who lives in town, who I can meet for lunch at the spur of the moment. Hoping I will meet someone soon! :)
