Daddy and Bug reading "You are my cupcake."
The warm weather has meant open doors and windows-- one of my favorite things about living in Michigan. Miss Eleanor and Tucker have become partners in crime...or the neighborhood watch, depending on how you look at it.
Mommy: Eleanor, can you please sit down and smile next to the flowers?
Eleanor: [shakes her head no]
Trader Joe's (a small grocery store in our area) has grocery carts for kiddos. Eleanor was thrilled to push the cart herself, even if mommy did need to assist with the steering a bit.
I walked across campus today to pick up my graduate attire. Eleanor and I stopped to enjoy the sunshine at the Diag, a popular crossing for most undergrad students. The area is usually busy, but this day was particularly busy. There was a group of percussionists playing on decorated trash cans and plastic bins-- like a street version of Blue Man Group. We stopped to listen, and of course Eleanor danced along. (Does anyone know how to change the direction of a video? I always seem to record it the wrong way. Is it possible to flip this 90 degrees??)
